Terms
What your company gets, what it may do with it, and what we do not promise.
IntelDocks is sold to companies under a signed contract. This page sets out the terms that apply to everyone who uses it. Where the contract your company signed says something different, the contract wins.

Who these terms are with
IntelDocks is a product of IntelWork4ce. Our legal notice, with our registered details, is at intelwork4ce.com/terms. Using IntelDocks means accepting what is on this page. If you sign in for a company, you confirm that your company has a contract with us and that you may use IntelDocks for it.
What the service is
One platform with two doors.
- IntelDocks Yard shows a logistics yard, a port or terminal, an airport freight area, a free zone or a dry port as a live 3D twin, built from the systems your company connects.
- IntelDocks Trade is a deal desk for commodities shipped in containers.
AI agents work inside both. They answer from your company's data and from the public sources they name, and they say so when they cannot answer. Your company can also connect its own frontier model, Claude or ChatGPT, to IntelDocks through our MCP server.
Your company's data stays your company's
Everything your company connects or enters belongs to your company. We use it only to run IntelDocks for your company, as our privacy page and your contract describe. We do not show it to any other customer. The one exception is a single container shared by two customers, such as a trader and a port: its number, location and status pass between them only when both have agreed, and that agreement can be withdrawn.
Accounts, organisations and roles
Each customer is an organisation. Its administrators invite people and give each one a role, and the role decides what they can see and do. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what is done with your account is treated as done by you.
The agents change nothing on their own
An agent can read and propose. It cannot write to your company's systems. Every change it proposes goes to an approval inbox, and nothing happens until a named person in your company approves it. A person cannot approve their own request, and a request that is not decided in time expires and is never carried out.
Contracts, prices and payment
Your company signs a yearly or multi-year contract with us. The price, the set-up fee, any yearly increase and the usage included are in that contract and its quote. We invoice, and invoices are paid by bank transfer. When your company's usage nears what the contract includes, IntelDocks says so before it is reached.
What you may and may not do
- You may use IntelDocks and what it shows for your company's own operations and deals.
- You may not give access to anyone outside your company, resell access, try to reach another customer's data, or extract the reference data and scenes in bulk to rebuild them elsewhere.
- Some sources must be credited: OpenStreetMap contributors, Overture Maps Foundation, Protomaps and others named on screen. Keep the credit if you publish a map or a figure taken from IntelDocks.
What we do not promise
- A figure is only as good as its source. We show where each figure comes from, how many records it rests on and how old the data is. When your company's systems or a public source are wrong or late, IntelDocks shows that too. It does not invent a figure to fill a gap.
- Motion on screen is labelled. A vessel, truck or crane moves on screen only from a measured position, from an event in your systems, or as a simulation, and each one says which it is.
- Nothing here is legal, customs, financial or safety advice. A check that flags a missing document or an unusual price is a prompt for a person to look, not a ruling.
- We do not promise uninterrupted service beyond what your contract sets out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision taken on the basis of what IntelDocks showed.
Ending it
The contract sets out how it ends. When it ends, your company's data is returned or deleted as the contract says. We may suspend an account that shares its access, tries to reach another customer's data or attacks the service, and we will tell your company why.
Changes
When these terms change materially we will change the date at the top and tell the administrators of every customer organisation before the change takes effect. There is no earlier version: this is the first.
